Chef Ian Kittichai, Chef “Paper” Arisara and Frederic Meyer launched the second branch at Another Story concept store on the 4th floor of EmQuartier Helix Tower in June of 2015. The Patisserie is the culmination of Chef Kittichai’s and Chef Paper’s work together in the pastry kitchens of Issaya Siamese Club and their desire to expand upon their award-winning pastry, dessert and collaborative creations. Issaya La Pâtisserie plays with classic Thai flavors and international formats to entice one’s sweet tooth with creations such as Kluey Keak – a spin on a classic Thai dessert in the form of a sumptuous banana éclair - as well as a wide assortment of macarons in a range of flavors from salted egg, prik-pow chocolate, jasmine rice, tubtim krob, tamarind to Redbull. All of the offerings at the Patisserie are made fresh every day at the pastry kitchens of Issaya Cooking Studio and Issaya Siamese Club. The “Sweets” section of the menu features desserts from the showcase to be taken home or enjoyed in-house such as Kanom Krok – rice flour-coconut cream tartlettes with condiments - or patisseries such as Sai Sai – a dessert with a Thai twist of light coconut mousse, kracheek and coconut dacquoise. The Patisserie also offers pinto boxes of afternoon tea sets for two all day and evening. The Pinto tea set includes sandwiches, 2 macarons, 2 scones with condiments, 2 truffles, 2 madeleines, 2 petit fours of the day, and tea. Issaya La Pâtisserie’s selection of savoy dishes are perfect for lunch or a light bite with items. Beverages include fresh house-made sodas, coffees, Jing brand teas, soft drinks, beers and wines.
