The first floor of Sustaina Shop is similar to a supermarket; there are seasonal chemical-free vegetables and other products produced by Harmony Life Company. These products are safe for human use and do not harm the environment. The organic restaurant is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Mr. Sato, our generous and kindhearted executive chef oversees to make sure the food is tasty and safe, as well as ensuring that chemical-free vegetables, rice and fish (from the ocean) are used. Pork or beef is not used in our restaurant nor artificial food seasoning, color or fragrance. At Sustaina, we prepare our own seasonings. Even Japanese seasonings do not contain pure natural ingredients like ours. On the 4th floor is a large meeting room. It can be used for organic farming training seminars and education. Helping to preserve the environment can build a good network of organic farming all over the world with those who are interested in organic farming and preserving the environment.
